Ron Barrier
President & Founder
Ron Barrier
Ron Barrier founded Devices Inc. in 1986, establishing it as the first representative for Onicon. With a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas Tech University, Ron is a respected innovator in the flow measurement industry and holds two patents related to flow technology. Under his leadership, Devices has grown into a trusted name in metering solutions, known for technical excellence and industry insight.
Greg Schwartz brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience to Devices Inc., including roles as a Senior Manager at a global management consulting firm and as President/COO of industrial and service businesses ranging from startups to upper middle-market companies. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from NC State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. As General Manager, Greg leads business operations, long-term strategy, and organizational growth—applying his deep operational expertise to drive efficiency and performance across all functions.
Jeff Wilder brings over 25 years of executive-level sales and business development experience in the industrial manufacturing sector. A graduate of Southern Polytechnic with a degree in Business, Jeff has held leadership roles at several top industry brands. At Devices Inc., he leads sales strategy and focuses on delivering dependable, responsive service for every customer.
With over 40 years of experience in instrumentation and measurement, Steve Cavender leads Devices’ technical operations. He is highly regarded for his expertise working with MEP firms and control contractors to design and implement accurate, reliable metering solutions. Steve’s deep knowledge and hands-on approach make him a key resource for both internal teams and external partners.
Lisa Flynn has been with Devices Inc. for over 20 years, contributing operational leadership and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. As the company’s ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Quality Manager, she ensures compliance and continuous improvement in all aspects of service and calibration. Lisa graduated with honors from Texas Woman’s University with a BBA in Human Resource Management.
